Who We Are
Hensy is a strategic marketing and branding partner that exists to help you become visible, memorable, and loved.
-
We start by listening.
We understand the wine industry. What matters most is understanding you and your audience, how they think, what they value, and how your wine fits into their lives and rituals.
We define your brand with clarity and intention. We bring it to life through strategy, storytelling, and execution that make your brand feel more relevant and memorable.

BID on Yourself
These values guide how we think, how we work, and how we show up for our partners.
(B)elonging
Wine should feel inclusive, not intimidating. The best brands create space for people to see themselves in the experience and feel confident.
(I)ntegrity
We say what we mean and mean what we say. We also do what needs to be done. No shortcuts or sugar-coating. Just honest, thoughtful work.
(D)iscipline
Great brands aren’t built randomly. They’re built with consistency, intention, and a commitment over time.
BID on Yourself is a reminder to invest in your brand, your growth, and your long-term vision, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Hensy was built on the belief that wine has a unique power to bring people together and become part of meaningful moments, memories, and traditions.
But the wine industry has a connection problem.
Too often, wine is presented in a way that feels distant, exclusive, or disconnected from how people actually live today.
At the same time, many wine brands struggle to grow not because of the quality of their product, but because they haven’t been positioned in a way that truly connects with the modern consumer.
Hensy exists to close that gap.
By combining a deep understanding of wine with a modern approach to marketing, storytelling, and culture, we help brands become more human, more relevant, and more memorable.
Meet the Founder
Hensy was founded by Kaylon Alexander, a strategist with a background in marketing, branding, and storytelling.
He is WSET Level 2 certified and has worked across the marketing, sales, service, and regulatory sides of the wine industry, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how wine brands are built, positioned, and brought to market.
His passion for wine was shaped early, watching his grandfather make wine in his basement, often alongside friends, with careful attention to every detail. That experience influences how he sees wine today, not just as a product, but as something crafted with intention, patience, and care. Something that brings people together and becomes part of traditions and stories.
With experience helping over 60 brands grow through strategic marketing and brand development, Kaylon brings a perspective rooted in listening, creativity, and a deep understanding of people.
